ONLY REGISTED CUSTOMERS CAN PURCHASE ITEMS
Purchases can be paid only by Tranfer Founds
The account of the payment, total sum, including shipping costs, will be registred on our archive and (if asked) emailed to the customer immediatly after the subssion of the order.
The payment will must be charged in Euro (as per Italian banking regulations); the current exchange rate will be applied directly by the bank.
Orders are shipped worldwide after the payment of the order;
should an item not be available at the time of the order, the customer will be advised before the processing the order.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The COSCI product catalogue and the purchase conditions illustrated on the COSCI site constitute a public offer, up-to-date at the time of consultation and are valid until the new catalogue is published. This commercial communication and offer to the public is understood to be created for and directed only to persons resident in European Union Countries. COSCI reserves the right to modify how its virtual shop www.cosci.it and www.cosci.com works and in no event will it be responsible for delays, malfunction, and/or interruptions in the execution of the Services connected to it caused by:
(a) acts of God (such as: natural catastrophes, lightning, fires, explosions),
(b) tampering or inventions on the COSCI site or the equipment that hosts it by persons not authorised by COSCI
(c) the incorrect use of the Services by the customer,
(d) the malfunctioning of the terminals used by the customer,
(e) the total or partial interruption of the local access service or the termination of the call supplied by another telecommunications operator, even if this is due to acts of God or the behaviour of others,
(f) the purchaser ignoring the applicable laws and regulations.
The COSCI sites are created and managed respecting the community and Italian law in force on the subject of advertising material, remote sales, consumer protection, misleading advertising, electronic trade, privacy protection and the Guidelines on Interactive Market Communications by the International Chamber of Trade. COSCI commits itself to constantly guarantee that the site contents and its own Internet activity conform to the community and national regulations on the subject; visitors must realise that in spite of this, the site contents may not conform to the regulations of non EU countries and that therefore users resident or domiciled in such countries exonerate COSCI from any responsibility for this while consulting the COSCI site.
COSCI guarantees confidentiality and vigilance about the confidentiality of the correspondence sent by the purchaser to COSCI and the use of the same exclusively for the purposes of executing the sales relationship existing with the purchaser. COSCI obliges itself to advise any of its personnel who may have access to private correspondence for professional reasons about the penal responsibilities that may derive from the violation of this confidentiality.
